Our Principal Jim Cooper is a master facilitator and an experienced leader who has broad organizational expertise across a myriad of governance models. He is able to connect the dots for organizations to get them what they need in an efficient and streamlined way. His philosophy of right person, right job, right time has helped organizations succeed by bringing the correct people to the table to get the job done in a way that is both efficient and meets their vision and values.
